A young journalist searches for her spy father at a secret American base in North Korea, unaware that he is being turned into a monster through brutal experiments.
SYNOPSIS:
Concept:
In a covert alliance, the U.S. government and North Korea secretly established an American base on North Korean soil. Its true purpose: to conduct illegal experiments on humans by combining alien DNA recovered from a crashed spacecraft in the United States.
The reasoning was simple—no one would ever think to look for an American base in North Korea. The very idea that the U.S. government and military could be collaborating with their North Korean counterparts was unthinkable.
At first, the Pentagon resisted. Generals objected, military leaders hesitated. But pressure from the White House prevailed, and eventually the U.S. military agreed to proceed.
As one White House intelligence officer told the Pentagon:
“There are two effective ways to hide something. The first is to leave it in plain sight. The second is to bury it where no one would ever think to look. The U.S. chose the second.”To further deflect attention, the same official proposed a decoy: a fake “secret” base that the public could latch onto. A place that would fuel conspiracy theories, documentaries, and schoolyard rumors. A distraction.
That place became Area 51, built in the Nevada desert. Everyone knows about it—even children. You could take a guided tour there. In truth, Area 51 is more of a marketing trick than a classified facility.
So what happens behind its gates? Ordinary science. Researchers conducting routine experiments. Nothing secret. Nothing illegal. Just everyday scientists doing everyday work—while the real horrors unfold far away, hidden where no one would ever think to look.
AGREEMENT 9” is a clandestine pact uniting nine nations, bound together in secrecy, to fund and conduct a hidden project in North Korea—one designed to twist human beings into monsters.
