The Silent Horizon sounds intriguing, Soodeh Chenari! I'd definitely watch this series!
I think you're close to a five-star logline. I suggest adding an adjective for the doctor (the main flaw she has to overcome in the script or an adjective that describes her personality). It'll give the reader more insight into her character.
I think "turns into a trap" is vague. I suggest explaining that in more detail.
Also, it says "Thriller Drama" for the genres. I suggest changing "Drama" to "Mystery."
