SYNOPSIS:

Set in Darr City, the series follows a fractured network of investigators, hackers, lawyers, former cops, and intelligence operatives operating on the margins of legality. Each of them is damaged, compromised, and already paying a price.

Valeria Noir is the connective force between them. Not a leader or a hero, but the one who links people, information, and risks, turning isolated survivors into a functioning network.

As crime shifts from street violence to institutional power, resistance is no longer punished openly but neutralized through erasure, discrediting, imprisonment, and control. Again and again, the characters face the same choice: adapt and survive within the system, or resist and be slowly destroyed by it.

By the end, the city is not saved. The system remains intact. What changes is who understands the rules, who accepts them, and who knows when stepping away is the last remaining act of control.
