TILL DEATH DO US PART
By Leon Klapper

GENRE: Drama
LOGLINE:

After escaping a toxic marriage, a woman struggles to rebuild her
life—but when the past resurfaces in an unexpected form, it threatens to
destroy the fragile peace she's fought to reclaim.

SYNOPSIS:

When Sally and Paul exchange vows beneath a sunlit sky, everything seems idyllic—a union built on mutual longing for love and peace. But just one month into their marriage, cracks begin to surface. Paul, charming and attentive on the outside, hides deep insecurities and a growing need to control. Sally, optimistic and career-driven, brushes aside the tension—until Paul's subtle manipulations evolve into quiet surveillance and possessive behavior.

As Sally’s career flourishes and she grows closer to a colleague, Jordan, Paul’s jealousy festers. A seemingly innocent project meeting turns into the flashpoint for Paul’s unraveling. What begins as suspicion quickly spirals into violence, culminating in a brutal assault that lands Paul in prison—and shatters Sally’s faith in the man she thought she knew.

Years pass. Sally rebuilds her life, finding comfort and love with George, a kind and grounded man who restores her sense of harmony. Just as life begins to feel safe again, Paul is released from prison. To Sally’s shock, he reappears in her life—not as a threat, but as the boyfriend of Meredith, Sally’s bright new colleague. He seems changed—calmer, reformed, perhaps even regretful.

Yet beneath Paul’s charming demeanor, a quiet, unsettling force simmers. When tragedy strikes again—this time claiming George—Sally’s world is once again upended. Is Paul truly a changed man, or is the darkness she escaped simply hiding behind a more polished mask?

As Sally begins to dig deeper, haunted by the possibility that Paul’s past wasn’t left behind bars, the story transforms into a chilling portrait of how love can be twisted into obsession—and how even the most familiar faces can carry the most dangerous intentions.

TILL DEATH DO US PART is a psychological drama layered with tension, heartbreak, and deception. It explores the fragile boundaries between forgiveness and danger, the allure of second chances, and the terrifying possibility that some people never truly change.
