SYNOPSIS:

GRACIE, a luminous teen-angel, dreams of creating heaven on Earth. Heaven is a way of being that exudes joy, celebration, and a connection to everything. To follow her heart’s desire, she must leave this paradise and agree to become a human being on Earth.

Before committing to the “human” thing, this rebellious teen-angel decides to do a quick fly-by to check out Earth, a world that no longer remembers who we truly are, shrouded in danger and disconnection… a shadowy reflection of heaven.

Gracie dares to venture too close, gravity takes control… she crashes, losing her wings to TRICKSTER, a mischievous, shapeshifting mirror to Gracie’s fears, aka Gracie’s Shadow. Without wings, Gracie’s sense of identity fades fast under Earth’s illusory spell of separation, she questions "who am I?" and "why am I here?" Trickster thrives on her self-doubt and Gracie’s battle to reclaim her wings begins.

Gracie is not alone on her quest. A road trip is no fun without a motley crew of four angelic buddies who are as eccentric as they are wise mentors. They’re quick to sus out Gracie’s wingless predicament and hatch a plan to introduce Gracie to AMELIA. They take turns magically jumping timelines through Amelia’s life as a human girl – awkward kindergartener, bullied grade schooler, punked out tween with an identity crisis, and a rejected teenager who hates her life. What Gracie doesn’t know is that Amelia is Gracie’s future self. Amelia’s growing pains inspire Gracie to confront her own inner struggles for self-acceptance and purpose.

Just when Gracie gets her act together… regaining her wings, glimpsing the possibility of heaven on Earth and realizing that she is Amelia… Trickster flips the script on Gracie and puts Amelia in grave jeopardy. Amelia literally dangles in Trickster’s hands from a bridge over turbulent waters.
