Micro-Avatar is a visionary sci-fi medical thriller that follows Dr. Hang-On Kim, a Korean biomedical engineer who dreams of building microscopic living avatars that can navigate the human bloodstream to heal disease from within. After years of research and collaboration across Germany, Switzerland, and Korea, Kim develops a revolutionary amoeba-based organism capable of brainwave communication, immune evasion, and self-sustained energy via photosynthesis.

Following a successful trial on a leukemia patient, Kim becomes an international sensation. But when a patient dies during a subsequent trial while he’s abroad, blame falls squarely on his shoulders. Suspended from his post, he uncovers a hidden conspiracy within the research institute that aims to discredit him and seize control of his work.

Returning to clear his name, Kim exposes the sabotage and rebuilds the program. Eventually appointed director, he spins off the Micro-Avatar project into an independent research center, dedicating himself once more to pushing the boundaries of science for the good of humanity.
