Ivo, is a love-starved hitman with a soft heart and a dead partner. Anastasia, the alluring paramour/thief/FBI agent (maybe?), ends up shackled in his backseat. What follows is a chaotic, hilarious, bloody, and unexpectedly tender cross-state manhunt filled with Pekingese dogs, deadpan violence, and a cast of oddball characters that would make the Farrelly Brothers blush.
