SYNOPSIS:
At the film’s origin, a crew of astronauts dares to enter the “origin black hole”, a cosmic Father, symbolizing both an ending and a gateway. Against all odds, they survive the journey through the singularity and are reborn from a blinding white hole, the cosmic Mother. Before them unfolds a pristine universe, an endless ocean of newborn stars and uncharted worlds. Isolated and condemned to drift through this endless expanse, the astronauts search for meaning and hope. Their only anchor is a mysterious metal badge, a relic of their passage and a symbol of memory. Lost in the void, this badge will become the first sign of intelligent life in this newborn universe, destined to be discovered eons later on a distant Earth. As their odyssey draws to a close and they sense their own transformation approaching, the astronauts gather one last time. In a profound, wordless moment, they unite their voices in a song, a haunting, harmonious chant that becomes the very vibration of the first stars, echoing through the cosmos as light and memory. Through this gesture, they realize they are not only witnesses but the very seeds of creation itself. Through this cycle, the film explores the cosmic loop: are we all children of a Father (black hole) and a Mother (white hole)? Are memory, transmission, and eternal renewal woven into the fabric of the universe? Blending science, metaphysics, and striking visual poetry, this film is an odyssey where humanity, faced with the infinite, seeks to leave even the smallest trace — and to reinvent itself at every rebirth. A tale of solitude, hope, and awe before the profound mystery of the cosmic cycle.

Suggestion...A crew of astronauts enters a black hole, emerging in a new universe. Their only hope for survival-and the key to cosmic mysteries-is an ancient metal badge found on mother Earth. Just a suggestion...

Thank you so much, @Curt Samlaska! I really appreciate your feedback and your suggestion—it actually captures the spirit of my story very well. I’m glad the concept resonates with you. If you have any other thoughts or advice, I’m always open to hear them. Thanks again for taking the time!

Koby, your synopsis for Song of Void is a 4-star vision. The "Cosmic Loop" and the idea of astronauts as the "vibration of the first stars" is exactly the kind of depth I look for in high-concept sci-fi.
In my work, The Phoenix, I explore a similar 500,000-year cycle, but I "defend" the mystery using Aerospace Physics. While you have the "Metal Badge," I use Iridium-core technology and Meissner-effect gravity to explain how these relics survive the "Void." I love how your "Song" matches my theory of Resonant Frequency—the idea that consciousness is a biological vibration that shapes the "Field."
I’m gathering a circle of supporters who value this level of world-building integrity. It’s rare to find someone else bridging the gap between the Singularity and the Soul so effectively.
Respect,
Jay A. Swendris
Thank you deeply, @Jay.
Your words truly mean a lot to me. I’m honored that the idea of the Cosmic Loop and the notion of astronauts as the vibration of the first stars resonated with you.
I really appreciate how you articulated the bridge between physics and mystery. While Song of Void embraces a more poetic and symbolic approach, I have great respect for creators like you who ground similar visions in rigorous scientific frameworks. I see these two paths not as opposites, but as echoes of the same question, spoken in different languages.
Knowing that this project speaks to someone who values world-building integrity and the dialogue between Singularity and Soul is incredibly encouraging.
Thank you for taking the time to engage so thoughtfully with my work.
Respect,
Koby

A bold and thought-provoking concept. The science fiction foundation is elevated by a strong metaphysical layer, which gives the story a more distinctive and poetic identity. I also like the sense of mystery running through the premise, because it creates both scale and intrigue. This has the potential to become a visually powerful and intellectually engaging film.
