SYNOPSIS:

The story takes place in a Malagasy village : Ampefy. It is about an eighteen year- old fisherwoman : Ifara who lives alone and does not have food when deno one buys her fish. Her journey begins when she fishes to the lake near Itrimobe,the cannibal's house.She runs into trouble once she suggests to marry him then gives birth to a baby boy: Injamanolo, Itrimobe wants to eat his son. Ifara has to search for solution to escape from Itrimobe 's house so as to protect Injamanolo . As courageous as she becomes ,she obtains freedom and peaceful life with her son.
