SYNOPSIS:
In the pilot episode of Clownz, chaos erupts in a bizarre dollhouse when a harlequin clown doll named Harley arrives and unexpectedly gives birth. Tensions rise as the male clown dolls compete for her attention—until her rude, selfish ex-boyfriend Stan is brought into the mix. As Harley struggles with being a new mom and dealing with Stan, the other clowns hatch a hilariously unhinged plan to kick him out for good. Packed with wild antics, dark humor, and no shortage of adult absurdity, this episode sets the tone for a twisted animated sitcom unlike anything you've seen.

This is going to be hilarious and so chaotic, Vanessa Smith!
I suggest changing “mysterious female clown doll” to “mysterious clown doll.” We know she’s a female by “she gives birth.”
I also think the last part of your logline needs some work.
“When a mysterious clown doll arrives in a chaotic dollhouse, she gives birth, stirs jealousy, and sets off a hilariously dysfunctional chain of events—until her arrogant ex shows up, and the other clowns hatch a wild plan to kick his ass out the house.”
