THE BLACK PROTOCOL

THE BLACK PROTOCOL
By Daniel Doble

GENRE: Thriller, Drama
LOGLINE:

When a priest is handed a mysterious note from an old woman in the desert, he’s drawn into a war not just of demons, but their whispers — and must tear himself from his vestments in order to lead a quiet rebellion against the force feeding pain and suffering to all mankind.

SYNOPSIS:

ACT I – THE WHISPER MACHINEIn a theater-like control room hidden from the world, a clandestine system known only as The Black Protocol manipulates suffering across humanity — whispering toxic thoughts into innocent lives, fueling despair like data. On the ground, CLAIRE CONSTANTINE, a fierce aid worker in Mexico, loses a child in her care. Across the world, FATHER JERICHO JENNER, a weary priest in Texas, begins to question the theater of faith he serves. Both experience fractures in their realities — whispers, glitches, and impossible moments that hint at an unseen design.

Jericho receives a mysterious message from a stranger: “You are not the Savior. You are the Compass. You are the Mirror.” When he delivers an unorthodox sermon that questions ritual itself, it ripples across the network. Suddenly, he's targeted. So is Claire. They begin to sense that their private pain may be orchestrated. And worse — someone is watching.

ACT II – “THEY SEE US”As whispers intensify, Claire and Jericho find themselves drawn together — first by circumstance, then by truth. Their bond deepens into trust, love, and war-room clarity. They discover The Black Protocol is not metaphor. It is real. And it whispers lies to millions. Together, they build a method of resistance: a deceptively simple gesture called BLOCK/THUMP, allowing people to reject the voice inside their head — physically and mentally.

Their underground movement catches fire. Livestreams go viral. Churches shake. Children resist. The system cracks. But behind the screens, the Protocol’s agents — DAMIEN, DAMILLA, and their cold-blooded handler EVERITT — escalate. Claire is nearly killed in an attack that leaves her unable to speak above a whisper. But she survives. Jericho stays at her side.

ACT III – THE VOICE FIGHTS BACKRefusing to be silenced, Claire and Jericho double down. They go public — a global broadcast, blockchain-locked, immune to censorship. When Claire speaks on air, her whisper is barely audible... but the world hears it anyway. “You are not the voice in your head.”

The Black Protocol collapses from within — its agents undone not by war, but by refusal. And when a young girl on the other side of the screen looks up and whispers the words back... the monitors glitch. The spell is broken.

Jericho and Claire escape the system, but not the fight. As the world begins to reclaim its mind, they quietly begin again. In silence. In water. In witness. Because once you've heard the whisper — you never forget. But now... you can answer back.
