A man gives up on civilized life after being sent in a circle in an attempt to pay for a parking ticket.

SYNOPSIS:

John David Lance Jr. wants to contest his parking ticket that he unreasonably received. After being sent down a wild goose chase of governmental agencies who can only forward him to the next, he loses all faith in civilized society and retreats to the forest.
