A purpose-driven woman on the cusp of a long desired promotion begins having vivid Christmas dreams that unravel her perfectly planned life and lead her to the North Pole, directly to a magical role she was born to fill. She soon realises her biggest challenge isn’t the work it’s leaving behind the man she never expected to fall for.
SYNOPSIS:
Rachel Hart’s world is one of polished efficiency, structured days, ambitious goals, and Christmas is nothing more than a seasonal inconvenience. Then Rachel’s carefully ordered reality starts to crack. Her dreams transform into festive nightmares before she finds herself transported to an entirely different world. The North Pole is lively, bustling, and friendly yet somehow also a corporate operation in need of someone with a flair for organisation and problem solving. Here, magic meets management, and Christmas is a year-round focus. But the greatest surprise? Rachel may be destined to run it.
SynopsisEvery night, Rachel Hart recites her affirmations and completes her bedtime routine. She is efficient and focused on climbing the corporate ladder. But as the year inches toward Christmas her dreams start to shift. Corporate awards turn into North Pole employee recognitions. Confetti turns to snow. One morning, she wakes up in elf shoes.
Despite throwing herself into work, Christmas keeps intruding as minor coincidences become full disruptions. Cooling systems malfunction and jingle bells interrupt a board meeting. Her therapist is suggesting she should need to pay attention to signs, when a mysterious email arrives: Your Journey Begins.
When Rachel is magically transported to the North Pole, Ginger, a high-energy, no-nonsense elf insists Rachel is meant to be here. And strangely, it kind of makes sense, Christmas here is a finely tuned operation, full of scheduling and logistical puzzles. Rachel resists but warms to the community and begins to question everything. Especially when Charlie, her charming, laid-back bartender friend, is accidentally swept along with her, and fits in without trying.
Rachel is starting to believe in this new path when Ginger calls her out: she hasn’t officially accepted the contract. Without warning, Rachel is sent back home where the real world promotion she thought she wanted is within her grasp. Rachel finds herself at a crossroads: stay and secure the success she’s worked so hard for, or return to a place that felt chaotic, magical but somehow like home, but this time, without Charlie. She clicks ACCEPT - choosing the North Pole, and a new definition of purpose.
Rachel’s first day in her new role is a triumph but Charlie’s absence weighs on her, the win feels incomplete. That evening, Tara brings her to the Tinsel Tavern, where another North Pole welcome party is in full swing. Ginger is hanging a sign.
WELCOME, CHARLIE.
With her dream job, a magical new life, and the man she loves, Rachel finally has everything, just not in the way she ever expected!
