DON'T LOOK BACK

GENRE: Thriller, Horror
LOGLINE: After a recent stalking incident, a young woman stays alone at home, trying to reclaim a sense of normalcy — but even in daylight, the feeling that she’s not alone becomes unbearable.

SYNOPSIS:

After a stalking incident that left her unwilling to leave the house, a young woman is left home alone by her parents — just for one day. The weather is gray and heavy, and the silence inside the house feels unnatural. She tries to stay calm by going through her usual routine: making tea, reading, cleaning. But every small sound feels like a footstep. Every shadow seems too deep. She tells herself it’s just the trauma playing tricks on her. But the tension grows. Small things feel off: doors slightly ajar, objects moved, shadows that weren’t there before. Her awareness sharpens, and the line between fear and reality begins to blur. Maybe she isn’t alone after all. Eventually, she goes down to the basement to grab something. The light is out, so she uses her phone’s flashlight. The silence down there is even heavier. As she rummages through boxes, her anxiety builds — until she crouches down and catches something in a mirror beside her: a monstrous figure standing just behind. She turns — and screams. The screen cuts to black, but her scream echoes on… and then fades into silence.
