A pregnant woman and her partner embark on a final getaway to a secluded Texas ranch promising peace and prenatal care, only to uncover a terrifying fertility cult that sees her unborn child as the key to an ancient, religious harvest ritual.
SYNOPSIS:
When a pregnant influencer couple embarks on a final “babymoon” at a rustic Texas ranch, they hope for peace, quiet, and content to share with their followers. But the ranch, known as Harvest Home, harbors chilling secrets. The land is sacred to an isolated community who believe that each season demands a sacrifice to ensure a bountiful future. As the women settle in, odd rituals, eerie locals, and vanishing guests escalate into a waking nightmare.
Hunted through towering cornfields, and cut off from help, the couple must fight to escape before they become the next offering. For them, it’s not just about survival, it’s about protecting the unborn child that the cult has marked for something far worse.
Harvest Home is a slow-burn folk horror rooted in dread, sacrifice, and maternal fear. Midsommar meets The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, with a queer couple at its heart.
