Decades later, investigative journalist Alex Rivera and her team uncover a horrifying truth: the murders have started again, following the same pattern. A hidden cult is working to resurrect the Butcher’s spirit, binding it to Cleveland forever. As the past and present collide, Alex must race against time to stop the final sacrifice—before the city becomes the Butcher’s eternal hunting ground.
