SYNOPSIS:
When two young women are admitted to a remote and decaying mental asylum, they find unexpected comfort in one another—a fragile connection that becomes their only source of hope within the institution’s cold, unforgiving walls. Each carries her own trauma, but together they begin to believe survival, and maybe even healing, is possible. That hope quickly unravels when they uncover the true nature of the asylum’s head doctor. Beneath his calm demeanor lies a sadistic obsession with pain, control, and experimentation. Disguised as treatment, his methods become relentless acts of torture designed to break both mind and body, pushing his patients beyond the limits of sanity. As the girls’ suffering deepens, the asylum itself awakens. Whispers echo through the halls, shadows move with purpose, and tormented spirits—born from decades of abuse and death—begin to manifest. These entities feed on anguish, amplifying fear and manipulating reality, making it impossible to tell where madness ends and the supernatural begins. Bound by trust and desperation, the girls fight to hold onto their identities while plotting an escape from both the living and the dead. But the more they resist, the more the asylum demands of them. As hallucinations intensify and bodies begin to fall, they are forced to confront a devastating truth: freedom may require sacrifice, and survival may come at the cost of their sanity—or their lives. When hope is punished and pain is worshipped, the asylum does not let its patients leave unchanged
