You need to clarify who are the protagonist and antagonist. Victor is a villain protagonist, and his son is the antagonist the way the synopsis is written. Here's a more conventional logline: "When a troubled man creates a dangerously potent confidence-boosting drug with funding from his former high school bully, he must undo his mistake before it tears society apart." The son and Selene would be allies in his journey. This assumes he realizes it was a mistake and hasn't turned evil from greed. The way you have it, the son and Selene are the protagonists trying to prevent Victor, the antagonist from doing evil.
