MARTIAN CHUCKLE

MARTIAN CHUCKLE
By Abdusamad Shafiev

GENRE: Comedy, Animation
LOGLINE:

Two aliens, Zork and Vics, explore the ruins of a post-apocalyptic Earth, mocking through absurd interpretations the consumer culture, technology, and social institutions of humanity that led to its demise.

SYNOPSIS:

Aliens Zork (a bumbling three-eyed explorer) and Vics (a sarcastic individual with tentacles) arrive on an Earth devastated by ecological disaster and social collapse. In their wanderings, they visit the ruins of stores, fitness centers, religious institutions, corporate offices, and even Hollywood, encountering artifacts of human civilization.

They interpret each object - from condoms to cryocapsules - through the lens of absurdity, revealing the greed, hypocrisy, and self-destructive tendencies of humans.

The finale underscores the irony: the surviving humans are displayed as curiosities in a Martian Zoo, while their legacy of advertising and chips continues even after their extinction.

GENRE: Black comedy / Satire / Post-apocalyptic farce.

FORMAT: 10 episodes (22 minutes each). Animated / with 2D and CGI elements (style: grotesque pop art with a neon palette).

MAIN CHARACTERS:

ZORK: A three-eyed loser with green skin. Naive, always gets into comical situations, but sincerely tries to understand earthlings. VIX: A purple, cynical intellectual with tentacles instead of hair. Her sarcasm exposes human vices. CAMEO ROBOTS: Vacuum cleaners, holograms, robot politicians - they all parody modern technologies and institutions.

MAIN TOPICS:

- Consumerism and capitalism. - An environmental disaster. - Technological dependence and digital immortality. - Political and social hypocrisy. Unique features: - A mixture of absurd humor and sharp social satire. - Visual allusions to pop culture (from the Oscars to Tik Tok). - A post-apocalyptic setting as a mirror of modern problems.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Young people aged 18-35, fans of black humor, fiction and satire (fans of "Rick and Morty", "Futurama", "Idiocracy").

VISUAL STYLE:

- The contrast of neon colors and rusty, abandoned scenery. - Grotesque characters and hypertrophied artifacts (giant toaster ships, bras, helmets). - Animation inserts for Tik Tok parodies, ads, and holograms.

TONE:

Sarcastic satire with absurd humor, where every joke is a jab at modern society. note: The project avoids direct politicization by focusing on the universal evils of civilization. The mention of banned organizations (for example, Meta) is presented in the context of artistic hyperbole.

THE PITCH KEY:

"Rick and Morty" meets "Idiocracy" in a world where Instagram influencers are frozen in cryocapsules and robot vacuum cleaners rule the ruins.
