Banafsheh Esmailzadeh, this logline is quirky, bold, and definitely attention-grabbing. The bat-wielding woman and her pet Jacob sheep make for a unique and memorable duo, and the phrase “literal mind-blowing zealot” hints at an offbeat tone and possibly some dark humor or surreal elements. To strengthen it, consider clarifying the world or setting they’re traveling through. Is it post-apocalyptic, fantastical, or grounded in reality? A bit more detail on the tone and stakes would help ground the reader and better showcase the story’s originality.
Thanks Ashley Renee Smith, now that you mention it it might well be post-apocalyptic, the antagonist basically mind-controls everyone and Black Betty and Bramble Jam literally knock sense into them (so yeah, definitely a dark comedy altogether lol). I haven't figured out much beyond that and the fact that the antagonist is inspired by Depeche Mode's "John the Revelator."
