After a Navy SEAL is severely injured during a rescue mission and transformed into a merman as part of a secret military project, he must escape the deranged scientist behind the experiments and stop him from ruining his kid brother's life and from transforming others into more dangerous human-sea creature hybrids.

SYNOPSIS:

After suffering debilitating injuries during a Navy SEAL rescue mission Colt Daniels tries to kill himself when he finds he has been transformed into a merman by a rogue scientist as part of a secret Navy project to create underwater super soldiers. Colt escapes and tries to adjust to his new reality with the help of his SEAL team and girlfriend Diane. However, the deranged scientist kidnaps Diane to try to lure Colt back to harvest his DNA and create more mer-people. Colt goes back and rescues Diane but the scientist escapes. In the end, Colt embraces his new merman identity and heads back to the sea to help others who may have been transformed, and to finish the scientist, while entrusting Diane and his SEAL team to support each other.
