In an attempt to isolate themselves from Evil,  the residents of Goodville have created a town where smiling is mandatory and four-letter words are not permitted. When two teenagers are murdered, the people of Goodville must ask for help from the nearby City. The town outcast, a strange girl referred to only as, “the Crocodile”, is suspected of the crime.

SYNOPSIS:

Doctor Angeri is called to investigate a case where two teenagers are found killed. After talking with the mother of one of the two kids, Maria, Angeri visits the Crocodile in the basement of the church. During the examination, the Crocodile attacks the Doctor leaving them injured. This is viewed as a definitive evidence for her guilt, and the next day she is sentenced to die by Maria. Meanwhile, Dionte, father of one of the kids, a painter, after examining The Crocodile’s drawing, realizes the Crocodile must be innocent. Later, Father Kerim, the town’s priest, declares his love for Angeri and tries to kiss them. Angeri believes Kerim is actually the killer and arrests him, only to find out that Maria’s husband, Alfred is the actual murdered. Alfred is arrested and sentenced to death after telling Maria that he did kill their son, but not Dionte’s daughter. In fact Alfred killed their son only after witnessing their son torturing and murdering the girl. Dionte completes paperwork to legally adopt Victoria, after Victoria’s father, Mr. Armstrong, gives permission. After Mary comes back home from visiting her imprisoned husband, she hears on the news that Mr. Armstrong was shot dead by Dr. Angeri. Dionte and the Crocodile, now called Victoria, prepare to move out of Goodville for a fresh start in the City.
