In a near-future society, violent criminals have their memories erased and are reintroduced to society under new identities. But when a sadistic killer and his last victim, both "blanked" to forget their horrifying past, meet again and fall in love, the psychological scars of their erased memories resurface, leading to deadly consequences.
SYNOPSIS:
In the pilot, Ken Price is a sadistic killer who tortures Tyra Jones. He is captured and sentenced to have his memory erased through the blanking process. Nine months later, Ken wakes up as Kevin Lace, with no recollection of his past crimes. He starts a new life in Seattle. Tyra, deeply traumatized by her experience, undergoes blanking herself to forget the horrors Ken inflicted on her.
When Kevin and Tyra meet by chance, there’s an immediate connection, and they begin a romantic relationship, unaware of their shared past. However, as they grow closer, glimpses of their erased memories begin to surface, creating an atmosphere of tension and dread. The pilot ends on a cliffhanger as their past lives start to collide with their new identities, setting up the psychological thriller at the heart of the series.
