SYNOPSIS:
June Moore is in a rut. She’s 35, still living with her English father, drowning in hangovers and bad decisions, and actively avoiding the realities of her stalled-out life. After a particularly reckless night out, she crosses paths with Harrison, a stranger she may or may not have drunkenly made out with. But Harrison isn't just any guy—he knows everything about her. Claiming to be her assigned “guide,” Harrison informs June that in order to break free from her self-destructive patterns, she must confront the seven relationships that shaped her, whether she likes it or not. What follows is a surreal journey through June’s past romances, from her first love to the toxic flings and nearly-right ones, each encounter teaching her something she failed to see the first time around. But as June peels back the layers of her own fears and failures, she starts to realize there’s more to Harrison than he’s letting on. He isn’t just helping her—he cares about her. And when the time comes for him to leave, June faces her biggest test yet: accepting that she can move forward on her own. Bittersweet, hilarious, and unexpectedly profound, The Harrisons is a modern love story—not about finding “the one,” but about learning to love yourself enough to let go of the past and embrace the future.
