With the ink on her degree in psychology still drying, Kylie Daniels stumbles into a job in the maintenance department of a small college, hoping the unusually quirky mix of under-qualified employees will be fodder for a master’s thesis in aberrant behaviors. Kylie feels both pushed and pulled by a potential romantic interest.

SYNOPSIS:

It isn’t the college president, the faculty, or even the students that keep a small, midwestern college running. It’s a guy named Buzz and his highly entertaining, but alarmingly unqualified newbie crew in the Building and Maintenance department (BAM to its inhabitants). Newest hire Kylie Daniels tries to mine the antics of her co-workers as interesting case-studies for a psychology master’s thesis. It's college life from down in the bowels.
