Inside the hospital, time distorts. The real world and Bradley’s horror-obsessed imagination begin to merge. Familiar characters from his screenplay universe—Jester, Brandon, Jessie, and Azazel—reappear, not as figments, but as reflections of Bradley’s inner turmoil.
