When a series of devastating fires erupt across the US, targeting oil refineries and natural gas pipelines, the nation is thrown into chaos.  The attacks are the work of Rocco Moretto, a former EOD specialist turned arsonist who has become America’s most wanted criminal.  Hannah Shaw, an FBI agent, recently reassigned and who refuses to let the case go, discovers that Moretto is working for Mason MacKenzie, a prominent military general who seeks to expand his powers through lockdowns and martial law.
