A trio of bank robbers infiltrate a Vegas mega casino and target the casinos vault and multiple high end private safes making out with nearly two billion dollars cash before they detonate a truck bomb outside the hotel which causes a massive five alarm fire allowing them to escape.  When the government investigates and sends a task force in to retrieve the stolen currency, its soon revealed that the bank robbers are part of a large security conglomerate who bomb luxury hotels and use the money from the vaults to fund proxy conflicts
