When an aspiring photographer captures a gruesome murder on the set of a low-budget horror film, she discovers the "fictional" violence is terrifyingly real—and the director is the one holding the knife.
SYNOPSIS:
Rowan Rankin, a photographer desperate for IMDB credits, joins a remote indie horror shoot led by the charismatic yet mysterious Jack Berger. As the production moves to a derelict, graffiti-scarred site, the atmosphere grows heavy with dread and the presence of a haunting local squatter. When a crew member goes missing under suspicious circumstances, Rowan later discovers a photo on her camera that proves the film's "special effects" were actually a cold-blooded murder. Her attempt to involve the police backfires when she realises the conspiracy goes deeper than the film set, leading to a final, fatal encounter where her own art becomes her eulogy.
