John Scimeca, your core idea of exploring the duality of man against the backdrop of a serial killer hunt is rich with thematic and dramatic potential. However, the current logline reads more like a thesis statement than a compelling pitch. To strengthen it, consider focusing on the central characters: who specifically is chasing the killer? Is it a detective and an ex-con forced to work together? A morally compromised cop? Also, clarify what makes this serial killer case different, and how the theme of duality plays out through the characters or plot. Adding a bit more narrative detail will help the concept feel more grounded and engaging.
