An inspector wants to do his job as perfect as possible, but his grade of certain properties gets him wrapped up into the city’s crime life.

SYNOPSIS:

A hired inspector named CARL is contracted to inspect five properties for the owner, PHIL. Phil is the kingpin of the Casanova family and too occupied with problems in the organization, so he tries to have his employees bribe Carl. He has two big problems with a snitch and a thief. As soon as the inspection results shows negative errors of the properties, Phil kills off all the managers and puts his men in charge for the time being. Upon Carl’s return back to work, he notices a whole new staff of employees and is forced to be partnered up with OMAR, a rookie inspector. He hates his new incompetent boss, but tries to be nice to the new secretary and him. Carl and Omar wraps up a final inspection which causes Carl to shut down one of the properties due to a hostile work environment. Phil figures out the enemies’ family behind the attacks on his family, so he kills off the snitch and thief before putting a hit out on Carl. Omar tries to calm the tension between Carl and Phil, but continuously fails. Carl has his back up against the wall, so he begins to retaliate against the people whom want him dead for they don’t know he’s of the same lifestyle. After all rubble is down, Carl was able to have a sit down with Phil and try to resolve their issues which eventually ended up in violence. In the end, the rivals of Phil damaged all of the properties since the police wasn’t any help, so Carl had to leave town after taking out more than half of the criminal organization.
