SYNOPSIS:
Drowned in Clear Spring is a supernatural horror thriller about buried greed, inherited guilt, and a murdered man whose pain becomes part of the water itself. Clifford Bennett, a respected founder of Clear Spring Water Company, is drowned in a contaminated tank after board members conspire to stop him from receiving the fortune and control he rightfully earned. His young grandson, Sam, witnesses the murder but is too traumatized to fully remember what happened.Twenty-five years later, Clear Spring reopens with a public celebration. The descendants of the corrupt board members drink the company’s water, unknowingly exposing themselves to Clifford’s haunted contamination. Soon, they begin dying in horrific stages: thirst, blackened veins, internal chemical burns, and finally drowning from the inside. As the deaths spread, adult Sam teams with Deputy Brooks and Dr. Price to uncover the truth hidden inside the plant’s old tapes, missing evidence, and poisoned water system. But the horror becomes personal when Hope Carter, the woman Sam is falling for and the granddaughter of one of the guilty board members, becomes infected too. Sam must decide whether Clifford’s spirit is seeking justice or becoming the very monster his killers created. To save Hope and stop the curse, Sam, Brooks, and Price must return to the plant, expose the truth, burn the contaminated biofilm, and confront the drowned spirit of the man Sam still loves. The story builds toward a terrifying emotional showdown where revenge, grief, and love collide beneath the same water that remembers everything men tried to bury.
