After moving his family into a centuries-old countryside home in South Korea, an ordinary father is accidentally electrocuted while taking a shower during a lightning storm. The near-death experience permanently allows him to see and communicate with the home's many resident ghosts—including a lonely young spirit he affectionately calls "KoreaBoo," a little boy who bears an uncanny resemblance to his deceased younger brother. Together, they uncover forgotten family histories, solve supernatural mysteries, and protect both the living and the dead.

Mark Films I'd cut out the details to get the main story in the form of something like: "After moving into an ancient house and being electrocuted, a father begins to see ghosts and must solve deadly mystery."
I added some (very general) stakes, so gve a hint of the specific danger in your script.
Also, "Some families inherit a house. Others inherit its ghosts." is great, but that's a tagline.
