Dr. Rashed, a brilliant science professor and heavy smoker, receives a devastating diagnosis: terminal lung cancer. Driven by a desire to save his smoking son—and the youth of his generation—Rashed uses his scientific expertise to invent a revolutionary alternative: a healthy, non-toxic cigarette that actually cures nicotine addiction.
Looking for a way to mass-produce his invention, Rashed approaches his younger brother, Selim, the ruthless CEO of a major state tobacco company. However, Selim completely rejects the idea, knowing that an addiction-curing product would destroy the multi-billion-dollar traditional cigarette industry and threaten his own corporate survival.
Refusing to back down, Dr. Rashed starts a secret underground factory to manufacture and distribute his healthy product under the counter. As the new product takes the market by storm, heavily boosted by social media influencers, a massive price war erupts. Selim retaliates with a fierce counter-campaign to defame his brother’s product, setting the stage for a dangerous, high-stakes battle between public health and corporate power, where family bonds are pushed to the absolute breaking point.
