SYNOPSIS:

Joshua works as an accountant for a retail company, living a quiet and uneventful life. His sister, Felicia, is the opposite: outgoing and full of energy. She works as a wedding curator, and it’s at one of these weddings where she meets her future husband, Walter. Walter works at a local brewery, where his main job is crafting the beer itself. After Felicia announces her engagement, Joshua and Walter bond over their shared love of the online game League of Legends. What starts as casual gaming soon grows into a genuine friendship. Over time, Joshua and Walter become inseparable, so much so that Joshua spends more time with Walter than he does with Felicia. This bothers Felicia, but her frustration runs deeper. Her marriage is already strained by other issues, and when she eventually files for divorce, she makes it clear to Walter that she doesn’t want him seeing Joshua anymore. The fallout hits both men hard. For Walter, the loss is especially painful. He’s never had a friend who truly cared about him. For Joshua, their friendship has been transformative, helping him become a better communicator and more open to new experiences.
