In 1984, a newspaper columnist discovers a religious cult responsible for the gruesome murders of local gay men.

SYNOPSIS:

In October 1984, newspaper columnist MIKEY MITCHELL (20s) and his friends are dumbfounded by a series of religiously motivated murders, all with one thing in common—the victims are gay men. With little help from local authorities, Mikey decides to investigate and report on the homicides himself, as the community grows fearful of the man they’ve branded the Pride Killer. As Mikey obsesses over the case, friction builds between him and his friends, leading him to question his dark discovery: a Christian cult led by the town’s very own priest is responsible for the brutal murders.
