Nam, a young Doctor finds himself suspended due to malpractice claims and is forced to try to face the truth he's been avoiding. Will this set him free or imprison him?
SYNOPSIS:
Nam has a gift, so great he can bring life back to the recently dead.
However this very gift is also his greatest pain. His parents, who have fanatical Jehovah’s Witness views, look on Nam as evil, going against the nature of gods will. They view is career as a doctor as interfering with peoples natural calling back to their rightful place with god.
His guilt is so great that it has manifested itself into a form of its own, a thought form with vampiric tendencies.
This form which Nam has spent most of his life trying to avoid feeds on the very life force of the people Nam brings back from the brink, leaving them partially paralyzed.
He is haunted by the very people that he is compelled to save. They are left no longer whole, as they slowly suffocate his world with ever-increasing guilt.
Nam has been placed on suspension from the hospital where he works, pending an inquiry, leaving his ever-hungry guilt haunting him daily as his last links with the everyday are slowly severed. Leaving him to finally face that which he has been running from, all his life.
