When a suitcase of money is discovered by a train riding transient, she must decide between the money and a group of innocent, homeless teenagers to expose a group of City Counsil member's corruption in a murder trial against the teenagers.

It's not clear why the transient can do both; take the money AND save the teenagers? What's the connection? Think about it and rewrite the logline.
