THE WHISK BEFORE CHRISTMAS
By Tiffany L Wade

GENRE: Romance, Adventure
LOGLINE:

In the magical bakery of Sugarbell Hollow, Gingerella, a quick-witted gingerbread girl determined not to be eaten this Christmas, skyrockets to fame on CarolGram—a holiday-only social media platform—after her hilariously unique Christmas carols go viral, but must outsmart hungry fans and rediscover the true meaning of the season before she ends up as someone’s dessert.

SYNOPSIS:

The Whisk Before Christmas

In the frosted heart of Sugarbell Hollow, a quaint magical village where baked goods come to life each December, Gingerella is no ordinary cookie—she’s quick-witted, full of holiday spirit, and very determined to make it through Christmas without becoming dessert. Every year, gingerbread folk mysteriously vanish after the big Christmas feast, and Gingerella is determined she won’t be next.

Her plan? Keep a low profile until New Year’s. But when she accidentally belts out a hilarious twist on a classic carol during the bakery’s Holiday Open House, a mischievous peppermint elf films it and uploads it to CarolGram, the holiday-only social media platform adored by humans and magical folk alike. Overnight, Gingerella becomes an internet sensation, her quirky jingles and cheeky lyrics racking up followers faster than Santa can slide down a chimney.

Suddenly, she’s being invited to perform at the Great Carol Countdown on Christmas Eve—the biggest holiday broadcast of the year. But fame comes with a price: every admirer she meets also happens to be… hungry. That includes a charming but suspicious elf “talent agent” who’s always licking his lips, and even Santa Claus himself, who seems unusually interested in her ginger and spice.

With the clock ticking toward Christmas dinner, Gingerella must navigate autograph sessions in candy cane plazas, escape near-baking disasters, and outwit her hungriest fans. Along the way, she discovers that her songs aren’t just funny—they bring people together, spreading joy far beyond Sugarbell Hollow.

On Christmas Eve, faced with her biggest performance and her greatest risk yet, Gingerella must decide whether to run and save herself or sing her heart out for the entire village. In doing so, she learns that the true meaning of the season isn’t about hiding from danger—it’s about sharing the magic inside you, no matter the crumbs you leave behind.

A frosted, laugh-out-loud holiday adventure, The Whisk Before Christmas is a sweet reminder that while fame is fleeting, friendship, joy, and being true to yourself never go stale.
