Drake Newmen is an out-of-luck cop after he shot a perpetrator in a raid. Known for doing things his way and not by the Book. After this Fowl up, as punishment, he's sent to Japan in exchange in Hopes of learning Hay to be a team player. After arriving in Tokyo, he partners up with Iszuki, a fiery-tempered, by the Book Police woman who gives Drake an earful on everything he does. Then he meets up with Prof-Zartän- a loony scientist who gives Drake a watch that gives him superpowers. With his newfound powers, can Drake be Japan's new superhero? Can he fight monsters and Supervillains without destroying Tokyo?
