The Easter Bunny battles a gang of criminals to save hostages. 

SYNOPSIS:

THE RABBIT

Michael Baker and his wife Sasha pick up their daughter Molly to visit his elderly father Ben Baker for Easter, meanwhile a depressed and disgruntled Easter Bunny (EB) visits the house when a gang of criminals led by Darius Cobb invade and take the family hostage, EB avoids capture and manages to take out a few of them, and learns from his own list who they are and who Cobb is and Ben remembers him. It’s revealed that Cobb used to run a human trafficking ring, and illegal kid fight rings and was arrested and Ben a former cop turned prosecutor turned politician sent him to prison and he was able to be released where he got in touch with several other criminals Ben arrested or prosecuted and planned to rob him of over a million dollars believing they are owed by him for ruining their businesses.

Cobb and his men find a few of their allies dead and order the one found, EB manages to contact Molly, and he reveals his past as a human bandit and gladiator, until he angered druids who cursed him into the form of a humanoid rabbit, and he became the Easter Bunny.

When cornered he attempts to prove he is the Easter Bunny and when Molly slips away and distracts them with Easter music and EB slips away and begins fighting the remaining men and sends an SOS out to the police, it’s revealed that Cobb’s best alley is Ben’s former security Trey Aldrich who has a grudge against him for jailing his father who died in prison.

When they break in the vault, they find it empty and Michael, who had been in charge of the charity hid the money in case of anyone would try to skim it. Meanwhile three of Cobb’s men find Molly but EB arrives and kills them, and the police arrive and arrests the final terrorist while Cobb flees with EB following him, and when he catches up to him Cobb realizes EB is the actual Easter Bunny and the two fight and EB kills Cobb using Easter magic, and after he is injured by Aldrich is brought back when Molly reaffirms their believe in the Easter Bunny and with a renewed sense of purpose EB continues his work of delivering Easter Eggs.
