The son of the President ends up on a Die Hard Scenario trying to reunite with his secret service, sister and a girl he likes. 

SYNOPSIS:

THE PRESIDENT’S SON

Tai Redding is the son of President John Redding and First Lady Cameron Redding, one day while dropping his sister Bonnie off at school he sees noted singer Layla Flores being harassed and stands up for her, he tells her his name is Tai Red to keep his role as a member of the First Family a secret. Tai learns she is a rising popstar, singer songwriter and after making online singing videos hooked up with a group of popular singers who have been harassing her. Feeling bad for her he secretly helps her career gain a jumpstart, performing at his sister's school. Then one day while dropping Bonnie off a group of terrorists begin taking over, led by Dylan Malstrom a former soldier dishonorably discharged for being extreme on missions.

Tai is separated from secret service detail including head bodyguard Derick Kelson a former special forces soldier. Tai is forced to act on his own trying to find Bonnie and Layla, while Malstrom demands ransom from the children’s families. Tai able to sneak past the terrorist as he tries to find Bonnie, Layla, and Derick, Tai manages to evade some as Malstrom finds out who he is, and orders him caught. Layla soon realizes who he is, and soon Tai reunites with Derick and after refuses to leave his sister or Layla. They soon find Layla who has figured out who he helped her and, though upset agrees to help him and gains some advice from Derick.

Tai manages to contact his father and finds out that John is trying to get them out and doesn’t want to risk their lives, but Tai and John have a heart to heart and reconcile and soon confront Malstrom who kidnapped Bonnie and eventually saves her while Derick fights and kills Malstrom, Tai realizes that CIA member Bren Rawlings was Malstrom’s inside man and he is arrested.

Tai apologizes to Layla, and she accepts and kisses him, and her career takes off while Tai ends having a new appreciation in the First Family and begins dating Layla.
