SYNOPSIS:

THE LIVING DEATH

A young man named Leopold Dall is crying over the death of a young woman named Selena Mendes and had secretly built her a mausoleum for her death.

Years later Dall is now grown, and working in the field of medicine, his best student is Giselle Gomez who is dating Jack Cole, he was fired from a job after some allegations that are false and many people know it as well as Giselle. Dall offers Giselle a trip to a medical conference in his hometown, and while he was expecting only her she brings Jack to take his mind off things.

Giselle learns that Dall is offering to let only her use a guest house, but she refuses and choses a motel with Jack and Giselle soon learns Jack is not invited to the conference due to the allegations, Giselle attempts to call the conference and learns there is no conference and informs Jack. Fearing Dall is up to something they try to run but are ambushed by Dall and knocked out. When Jack comes to, he finds himself in the woods tied to a tree and is helped by a family and their son Peter Gates and he asks them to go to the police while he goes to save Giselle and calls Giselle’s sister Lucy Gomez. Giselle awakens and find Dall has her in his home and wearing a fancy dress and trying to find out what is going on she find Dall and finds himself acting strange and calling her Selena, trying to flee she finds a dead body of Selena in a freezer storage covered in bandages looking like a mummy and he takes her upstairs, then he tells her that when he was a young boy he was visited by the spirit of his ancestor who told him that he would meet a raven haired Hispanic beauty and she would be his true love, and soon met Selena and that she was the woman of the prophecy and then she died but her spirit told her she would return.

Giselle realizes Dall is insane and tries to flee but Dall stops her and locks her in even learns Dall set up Jack and paid the people to make fake allegations against him to fire him to get back at him for dating Giselle and break them up, meanwhile Jack gets a call from Lucy who informs him that she got in touch with Giselle and Dall’s bosses and learns that Dall lied on his resume and was dismissed from a previous job when he stalked a patient named Selena, it turns out Dall stalked Selena thinking that the spirit of his ancestor said they would be true love and when he told her, she politely turned him down but he kept coming for her and he was fired and then she died and he left his job, but had enough money to start over. Jack and Peter see a picture of Selena and realize she looks like Giselle and realize Dall is insane, and like Giselle Dall thinks she is the reincarnation of Selena.

Jack and Peter learn the police won’t listen since Jack is involved and has a record though a fake one, Jack and Peter make it to the house and learn that Dall is trying to bring back Selena’s memories Peter causes a distraction and Jack saves her Dall chases then Jack soon fights him and Giselle grabs a gun and shoots and kills him.

After evidence of Dall’s crimes are shown the charges against Jack are dropped, and he and Giselle marry, while Peter and Lucy date and Giselle and Jack consider Dall was crazy or misguided by darker spirits to mold him into a villain.
