A cop is framed for a terrorist plan and must clear his name while exposing the real plan.
SYNOPSIS:
THE FRAME UP
Dash Whitley is an honest police officer who stays true to their duty, but then one day he is framed for a crime he didn’t commit and arrested by internal affairs and FBI. Dash is soon freed by criminals and meets the man who framed him known only as Number One. Keeping him alive as a diversion for the police and FBI as they will stage his suicide and note to a bomb in a local park as a distraction, but Dash escapes and goes to defuse the real bombs at several local areas.
Dash manages to disarm a few bombs, and a few members of his department find him and FBI agent Jon Marks and IA Wilson Brooks assume he is planting them, but a new FBI agent named Jean Morales suspects otherwise as does Captain Ben Wade. Dash manages to disarm a few more bombs and soon encounters the FBI and nearly gets away, while Jean finds a transmission between Marks and Brooks and an unknown person and Jean investigates and realizes that Marks and Brooks are corrupt and when they almost nail Dash Jean arrives with back up and exposes them. Jean reveals Number One is actually criminal terrorist Seth Barns who was hired for a political assassination. Dash realizes the bombs were in areas surrounding Congressman Mathew Harper, the bombs would force Harper to remain in his motel and an easy target for a sniper while his security is dealing with bombs.
Dash and his fellow officers find Barns on another building with a sniper gun and prepared to set off the bombs when Dash intervenes and the police arrests the criminals Dash fights with Barns and kills him. Dash is cleared of all charges and is given a medal for his work and returns to his job.
