A Disney film part of their Medfield Collage movies. In this one, Medfield collage joins a Thanksgiving parade, and criminals threaten to ruin it. 

SYNOPSIS:

THE BIG PARADE

Medfield Collage is preparing to take part in their town’s annual Thanksgiving Parade with a can and food drive to match. Meanwhile a group of criminals led by Bill Norton have successfully robbed a bank and have hidden their money in a float used by Medfield. Norton meets crooked land developer and politician Carolyn Fines wants to tear down Medfield to sell the land to build a new megamall and profit from it. Fines promise Norton will get to his money as long as his men make Medfield look bad enough to shut down.

The students in charge of the float Ryan Trent and Addison Davis rivals who got in trouble and are ordered to take part in the float as community service and learn to get a long, they know nothing about the money or about Norton and Fines. But soon the damages take their toll, but Ryan is able to use the fact that they are near Thanksgiving to keep the shutdown delayed. Addison doing some investigating discovers the plans but is captured, tied, and gagged, the following morning Ryan goes out to find her and finds her and with Collage security saves her and she tells them what Fines and Norton are doing, and they plan to start a fire and make it look like Medfield neglected safety.

Ryan and Campus Security stop them in time, and the money is returned and Fines and Norton are arrested. The students head home for Thanksgiving, while the Megamall is constructed near Medfield and Ryan and Addison begin a relationship.
