How many are fans of Who framed Roger Rabbit? It's one of my favorite films. It would have gotten a sequel but it didn't come through. This is what I would imagine what a 3rd film would be like. 

SYNOPSIS:

Sometime after the sequel a group of protesters led by Phil Mason and his daughter Doria Mason are seeing Maroon cartoons about insensitive cartoons and encounters the owners Matthew Maroon and his son Jack Maroon, including Roger Rabbit and Baby Herman (Doria mentions spanking him for making certain comments but fears he would enjoy it), as they make their case Phil and Jack prefer to keep their cartoons as they are noting they were made in different times and other reasons.

The next morning one of the activist Darryl Meyers is killed, and Roger and Baby Herman are blamed, thanks to evidence from John Gearity a politician running for office in Washington, though Jack shows them a solid alibi, and Doria begins to think they were framed. As she begins to get to know the toons better including some of their own issues, they turn to Theodore “Theo” Valiant who tells them of how they are connected and their rivalry with Judge Doom.

Theo, Doria and Jack help Roger and Baby Herman avoid detection they confront Gearity revealed to be the mastermind and discover Darryl Meyers is alive having faked his death and is actually a disguised toon clone of Roger and the Valiant family’s old enemy Judge Doom.

They begin to fight and Jessica Rabbit broadcasts Gearity’s confession and expose him and Theo and Roger subdue Doom’s clone putting him in a toon like coma state. Gearity is arrested while the protesters find a common ground with Maroon Cartoons and they agree to allow a little cultural sensitivity and the protestors will ease up on them more, as Jack and Doria begin to date.
