A sequel to Retaliation. 

SYNOPSIS:

Keith Wayne is a member of search and rescue, one day he ends up failing to save a woman due to their tools being too weak and they are unable to afford new ones due to Mayor Learson, putting more money in a lodge for tourism with lodge owner Kepler and Hank. Meanwhile his girlfriend Anya Salazar is returning home and taking a private plane with social influencer Rita Blake the daughter of politician John Blake, along the way the plane is hijacked by criminal mastermind Art Quill but one of the bodyguards shoots him and the plan is forced to crash in the mountain region where Keith works. Quill sends out a distress call for a rescue and Keith joins them.

The group led by Mark Brendon finds them and are taken hostage as they are marched to get them to an airfield to make their escape, Keith is separated with bodyguard Joe Harris, and they find a way to turn the tables on their kidnappers. Meanwhile the Feds arrive at the park and inform the others of the situation, and they begin to search for them.

Keith and Joe manage to defeat some of Quill’s men and eventually are able to save Anya and Rita but Quill and his men take the lodge hostage, but Keith is able to help the authorities turn the tables and rescue the hostages and Keith fights Quill and kills him. Blake reunites with his daughter and finds out about Learson, Kepler and Hank’s poor judgement and sees Learson impeached, and Kepler and Hank fired while Learson’s rival Marsden wins and does a better job as mayor.

Sometime later Keith returns home and is greeted by Anya now his wife and their daughter.
