A soldier and his unit must save Santa's workshop from Krampus. 

SYNOPSIS:

NORTH POLE HARD

John Ford is a former war Viet, having returned home he tries to reconnect with his former girlfriend Reyna Colson, but her new boss Dell Macklin tries to seduce her to no avail. Then one Christmas John meets a strange man named Norm asking for his and his former units help and he accepts, and suddenly through a sled ends up in the North Pole with his unit: Willy Donaldson, Karl Simpson, Anson Matthews and Joe Sheldon and Norm reveals he is an elf and Santa is in trouble, as his nemesis Krampus has taken over and threatens to ruin Christmas. At first reluctant they accept to repay Santa for his deliveries.

John and his men are able to take out some of Krampus’s minions and John makes contact with Santa who is being held prisoner in his office and reveals his past as a monk who gave to those in need and accepted to learn magic from a kind magician who followed God promising to use his power against evil. But they were betrayed by a fellow apprentice who sought power for his own ego, Santa defeated him, but the disciple became a monster. Santa was made into an eternal gift giver, while the fallen apprentice became Krampus vowing to be his shadow and take his revenge revealing Krampus’s actions are to spite Santa for an incident that was his fault.

John finds out Krampus plans to blow up the main workshop and his reindeer and seeks to stop them and his men and Willy and Karl take out the Yule Cat and Krampus’s other monsters. John and Anson defuse the bombs, and Joe helps administer first aid to hostages. Krampus escapes and goes after Reyna while John and Santa follow, and while John faces Krampus Santa and Ms. Claus help Reyna and John defeats Krampus, who is arrested by the elves. John and Reyna reconcile while Santa gives Reyna evidence showing Dell had been involved in some illegal activity and is arrested the next day. John proposes to Reyna while his unit finally get together with their girlfriends, and Santa is able to do his deliveries.
