A Die Hard Scenario set at Times Squire on New Years Eve. 

SYNOPSIS:

NEW YEAR SIEGE

Clark Ryan is a police officer assigned to work security Times Squire for New Years Eve; many politicians including Governor John Andrews will be there. During the festivities, a group of mercenaries led by Jon Brose take Andrews and his guest hostage. It is revealed that Brose ran a gun smuggling ring that Andrews exposed and took down when he used to work for the Justice Department, Brose faked his death and now seeks revenge and to extort from Andrews and his guest in order to restart his operation again. Clark is drawn into the situation when his girlfriend Lucy Watson helps a lost child and ends up kidnapped by the gang, while check it out Clark is almost killed but defeats his attacker, and soon learns Brose set explosives up in all the major shops and alerting his fellow security guards defuse them while the security detail helps try to free the governor.

Clark manages to defuse a majority of the bombs and realizes the main bomb is attached to the base of the Time Squire Ball and will go off when the Ball drops. Clark and his unit manage to break into the Governor’s room, and free’s everyone and Lucy. Lucy see’s Brose who tries to escape and captures her, while Clark follows and fights Brose and kills him, the bomb is defused before the ball drops bringing in the New Year.

After the danger passes Clark and Lucy become engaged and the attend the next Ball Drop with their child.
