Based on/Inspired by the alien in former ride/attraction ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter at Walt Disney World. It would have been a good movie. Though a way to avoid confusion with the film series Alien
SYNOPSIS:
DISNEY’S ALIEN
In the future a group of people attempt to colonize a seemingly inhabited world, the leader James Devon arrives with his wife Sheri and their estranged daughter Shannon. Things go well until one of the soldiers find that there was a previous attempt to colonize before, and one night Shannon encounters a young feral man who is happy to see other people and asks them to get him and a few others off the planet.
The young man revealed to be Adam Cutter tells them that they found an alien creature they thought it was killed when it was shown to be dangerous, then kept it under lock and key to study it but soon learned it was alive and in some kind of stasis. It then broke free stronger than ever and killed them, and Adam had been living in a feral state since with a few other survivors.
Adam leads James and the other to the location where they find survivors fighting the Alien creature and they escape after driving it off. James agrees to evacuate the planet and take the survivors with them. Only for the alien to hunt them and attempt to sabotage them in their escape attempts.
Soon Adam and Shannon are separated as the rest hope for rescue to come, and they slowly bond as Adam reveals his parents were killed by the alien. Soon they are picked up by one of the arriving ships and pods, but the Alien follows wanting to simply kill them.
Soon Adam and Shannon come face to face with the Alien and as Shannon flies Adam lures it away into a final fight, Adam is able to trick the Alien, and it ends up in the airlock and is blown into space where it presumably dies. As the pod reunites with the main ship James and Sheri reunite with Shannon and reconcile as the ship returns to Earth, it is presumed that the Alien is still alive.
